Yes. With a standard subscription you gain access to “Routes”. These are our customisable sign-in processes that can include:

  • Variable Data requirements (On/Off for Hosts, Companies and Reasons-for-visit)
  • Photos
  • Badge printing
  • Welcome message

All of which can be assigned on a per-visitor type basis.

Easily! Make an account on our website and then download the android app from the Google Play Store. From there, simply login on the app and the system is ready to go!

To add hosts or other customisations, this can easily be done via the web dashboard.

VMFree does not integrate with other systems at this time.
